Full Service  (from delivery to clean up), Delivery only (we bring the food to you and you    do the rest), or Pick Up (you pick up the food)

Buffet line or plated meal (we prepare plates and deliver to the seated guests)
Will you want to take left-overs home?  Arrangements need to be made in advance for proper care of food.
Weddings: Do you want your guests to eat before the wedding party arrives at the venue?  Or do you want the guests to wait for the wedding party to arrive before the meal begins?  What time do you want the guests to start eating?
