The first step to making your event successful is our consultation. To help in the preparation, here’s a list of questions that we will cover!
- Location of Event (address, directions, contact person, phone number, specific instructions from the venue)
- Description of event and atmosphere (formal, semi-casual)
- Details on color theme, if any
- Person caterer needs to communicate with the day of your event (their cell phone number)
- Number and description of guests (this helps the caterer know the correct amount of food to prepare)
- Full Service (from delivery to clean up), Delivery only (we bring the food to you and you do the rest), or Pick Up (you pick up the food)
- Your choice of table service (Disposable or rented china)
- Buffet line or plated meal (we prepare plates and deliver to the seated guests)
- Will you want to take left-overs home? Arrangements need to be made in advance for proper care of food.
- Weddings: Do you want your guests to eat before the wedding party arrives at the venue? Or do you want the guests to wait for the wedding party to arrive before the meal begins? What time do you want the guests to start eating?
